Lawrence 'Larry' French

Larry's real estate education began as a child learning from his father's deals in multi family units.

Larry enjoys creative real estate solutions, creative financing, fixing properties, long term hold, lease options, and 'subject to' solutions. He also loves working and supporting others who are interested in Real Estate investing.

Larry's perfect day starts with donuts and bacon. In the afternoon he would enjoy a ride on his restored 1969 Kawasaki H1 motocycle or his 1977 Schwinn Cruser. He makes hand-tossed pizzas and enjoys a glass of wine with dinner. Larry likes the desert, dessert, teaching, computers, researching and analyzing, and also spending time with his nephews and niece.

In addition to a California Real Estate Brokers Licence, Larry holds a Environmental Analysis & Design degree from the University of California Irvine and studied Industrial Design at California State University of Long Beach.

Janet French

Systems, property management, accounting, design

Developing Silvermoon's business systems along with property management and lending systems is Janet's forte however, her true passion is in design. Janet enjoys taking an "ugly" house and bringing it back alive, true to the era that it was developed. Mid-century modern homes are her favorite but Spanish homes also make her smile.

Janet has a Business Degree from California State University of Long Beach and a Culinary Certification from UCLA. She loves to continue learning about real estate and participates in several events a year. She also enjoys cooking for friends and putting her culinary skills to work.
